SHORT BIO:Calder Cheverie is a non-binary artist, filmmaker, and land-based educator. Their work and research focus on decolonial curriculum foundations in teacher education, Indigenous Storywork, and land-based learning.

They are currently the Storywork Coordinator and Education Consultant for Ta na wa Ns7éyx̱nitm ta Snewíyelh (Language & Cultural Affairs), Squamish Nation and are pursuing a Doctorate of Education at Simon Fraser University.
